As an Office Coordinator: we offer a competitive wage range of $16-$18 per hour based on experience and in addition to your hourly rate we offer:

Job Requirements:

This individual will be responsible for various administrative functions of the office, including support for the Property Services and Real Estate Management teams. This individual will provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries from prospective and current tenants, customers, and coworkers

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Experience:

  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs including but not exclusive to Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, and Teams
  • In addition to performing the primary functions, other supportive duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred
At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required
