A new season of community-centered events is coming to downtown Harrisburg as Coronet Park prepares to open as the city’s newest public gathering space.
Produced and curated by Sara Bozich in partnership with Harristown Enterprises, the Coronet Park Event Series will bring a variety of free, outdoor events to a new downtown venue, including the UPMC Stage, from April through November 2026. Programming is designed to activate the park year-round with live music, pop-up experiences, and community-focused events.
Located on S. Second Street near Market Square, Coronet Park is being developed by Harristown Development Co. on the site of the historic Coronet Restaurant. The new park is designed as a flexible green space built to host small-scale events, live performances, and public gatherings in the heart of downtown.
