The entire structure was renovated in 1977 and was renamed for Mortimer Menaker, then Chairman of the Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority. Purchased in 2018 by an affiliate of Harristown Enterprises, the structure has undergone a complete renovation, preserving the integrity of the historic exterior of the building.
